Product Terms & Conditions

These Product Terms & Conditions apply to every person who purchases the getebook.ai lifetime deal through the AppSumo Marketplace (an "AppSumo Purchase"). getebook.ai is operated by HIGHER RESELL S.R.L. ("we", "us").

Three sets of terms sit around your purchase. AppSumo's own Terms of Use govern the purchase transaction itself. Our general Terms of Service govern your day to day use of the product. These Product Terms & Conditions govern what your AppSumo deal specifically includes.

Where these Product Terms & Conditions differ from our general Terms of Service, these terms control for your AppSumo Purchase. In particular, the no-refund provision in Section 4 of our general Terms of Service does not apply to AppSumo Purchases. Refunds are covered by Section 8 below.

You have at least 60 days from the date of purchase to redeem your AppSumo code. Redeem it at getebook.ai by creating an account and entering your code. If your code does not work, contact us before the 60 days elapse and we will resolve it.

Each code activates one account. Stacking multiple codes on a single account is only possible where the AppSumo listing says so.

Your purchase gives you access to the getebook.ai Pro plan at your purchased tier for the operational lifetime of getebook.ai, with no recurring subscription fee. There is no expiry date on your licence and we will not convert it into a paid subscription.

Lifetime access is tied to the continued operation of the product, not to a fixed number of years. Section 12 sets out exactly what we commit to if getebook.ai is ever discontinued, so that you know now rather than later.

Your licence is personal to your account. Lifetime licences are not transferable or resellable, which is the same rule as Section 3 of our general Terms of Service.

Every tier includes unlimited PDF export, full commercial rights to what you create as described in Section 7, the analytics dashboard, chapter regeneration, and store ready exports for Amazon KDP, Apple Books, Etsy, Gumroad and social platforms.

"Image based books" means the coloring book and puzzle book studio, which generates original illustrated interiors. Text ebooks, including their AI generated covers, are available on every tier.

Credits are the unit we use to meter AI generation. Your tier gives you a fixed allowance of credits each month.

Your credit balance resets to your full monthly allowance at the start of each billing month. Unused credits expire at the end of each month and do not roll over or accumulate.

What things cost:

• Text ebook: 25 to 60 credits depending on the type you choose. A short lead magnet is 25 credits, a typical how-to guide is 35 credits, and a full length fiction novel is 60 credits.
• Coloring book, 16 interior pages: 150 credits
• Coloring book, 24 interior pages: 200 credits
• Coloring book, 30 interior pages: 240 credits
• Regenerating individual parts of a book, such as a title, chapter or cover, costs a small number of credits shown in the app before you confirm.

Coloring books cost considerably more than text ebooks because every interior page is an original generated illustration rather than text. We show the exact cost in the app before you start any generation, and we do not charge credits for a generation that fails on our side.

Your monthly credit allowance is the limit on generation, and we do not impose any additional hidden cap on normal use. We do ask a few reasonable things:

• One account per licence. Do not share your login, resell access, or operate the account on behalf of multiple businesses.
• No automated, scripted or bulk access to the product outside the interface we provide.
• No reselling or redistributing getebook.ai itself, or offering book generation as a service built on top of your licence.
• No attempting to circumvent credit metering or export gating.

If usage on an account is so far outside normal individual use that it materially affects the service for others, we will contact you first and work it out with you. We will not silently throttle or suspend a paid lifetime account.

You own the books you create and you may use them commercially, including selling them on Amazon KDP, Apple Books, Etsy, Gumroad or anywhere else. We claim no ownership of your content and we take no royalty from your sales.

Two honest caveats that apply to AI generated work generally, and not just to getebook.ai. First, copyright offices in several countries, including the United States, currently take the position that purely AI generated material is not registrable for copyright, even though you are free to use and sell it. Second, marketplaces such as Amazon KDP have their own disclosure rules for AI generated content, and it is your responsibility to follow them.

You are responsible for what you choose to generate and publish. Do not use getebook.ai to produce material that infringes someone else's rights, that is unlawful, or that impersonates a real person or brand.

AppSumo's 60-day money-back guarantee applies to your purchase. If getebook.ai is not right for you, request a refund through AppSumo within 60 days of purchase and it will be honoured. You do not need our permission and you do not need to give a reason.

Because AppSumo processes the transaction, refunds are handled by AppSumo rather than by us. Start the request from your AppSumo account. If anything goes wrong with that process, email us and we will help sort it out.

After the 60-day window, AppSumo may still issue refunds or other remediation in the circumstances set out in its own policies.

Email support@getebook.ai for anything at all. We aim to reply within two business days. We commit to responding to every support request within four days and to resolving it within fourteen days.

Support is included at every tier for as long as your lifetime access lasts, at no extra cost.

Your tier includes the improvements we make to the Pro plan over time, at no additional charge. You are not frozen on the version of getebook.ai that existed on the day you bought it.

We may change how the product works as it develops. Any such change will apply to all users rather than only to AppSumo customers, and will not materially reduce the value of what you purchased.

One exception is worth stating plainly. New AI models and compute-intensive features introduced after the AppSumo campaign may be offered separately on a paid or usage-based basis rather than being folded into your tier. Where that happens, everything included in your original purchase keeps working exactly as it did.

We may offer optional extras, such as additional credit packs for months when you want to produce more than your allowance covers. These are always optional. getebook.ai remains fully usable at your purchased tier without buying anything further, and buying an add-on never changes the entitlements included in your original purchase.

We intend to run getebook.ai for the long term. Because you are buying a lifetime licence, you deserve to know what happens in the event we cannot, so here is our commitment rather than silence:

• We will give you at least 90 days' written notice before shutting the service down.
• You will be able to export every book you have created, in PDF, DOCX and EPUB, throughout that period.
• If we launch a materially similar product within 24 months of the end of the AppSumo campaign, we will give you continued access to it on terms at least as favourable as those you purchased.
• If getebook.ai is sold or transferred to a new owner, that owner must assume these obligations to you in writing before the sale closes. Your entitlements survive a change of ownership.

You can export your books at any time in PDF, DOCX and EPUB. Your account data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not use the content of your books to train models, and we do not publish or resell your work.
